Akshay Kumar will play an amateur cricketer in Bhushan Kumar’s PATIALA HOUSE. And guess what? His role has been inspired by England’s first Sikh cricketer, Monty Panesar.
It has been disclosed that several real cricketers have trained Akshay Kumar for his role in this film. Some of them are Paras Mhambre and Balvinder Singh Sandhu. They have sweated and toiled to make Akshay look and perform like an authentic bowler.
