Tusshar Kapoor might not be a successful star but he too has a fan following. One of his artistic fans, Rajiv Panwar, approached him in his office and presented him a portrait of himself.
It is learnt that Panwar works for an orphanage. He is a die hard fan of Tusshar. When the actor ran a contest in Twitter during the release of GOLMAAL 3, Rajiv participated in the contest and also won the prize.
