Sanjay Dutt In Yet Another Legal Hassle

Being in news for some legal issue isn’t new for Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt. Narcotics, TADA, Customs- he has been through all. Now one more case joins the list.
Few days back, there was news about him owing 2.03 crore to filmmaker Shakeel Noorani. Shakeel complained against the actor in High Court for leaving his film in lurch. He claimed that Sanjay was paid his fees along with the signing amount. But Sanjay left the movie midway. Thus the court ordered the Sheriff to attach Sanjay’s residence and office property along with a month’s notice.
However, now Sanju Baba is prepared to challenge the order forced upon him. His lawyer has filed a complaint with the Anti-Corruption Cell. Sanjay has also accused Shakeel Noorani for extortion. Both the parties are said to have recorded their statements on this matter.
According to the attachment of the Sheriff, if Sanjay fails to pay the amount demanded by the filmmaker within the slated time, Sanjay’s property will be up for auction. But things might just change for Sanju Baba, as he has counter attacked Noorani.
Sanjay Dutt’s New Year wish would be the end of all the legal battles of his life, at least for the time being. He would want to enjoy his fatherhood for now.
